Hello, I'm Sue. I opened YTPT studio 6 years ago because I am very passionate about helping people enhance their strength, health and wellness. I absolutely love what I do (even the 5am starts!). I love strength training with my personal trainer, and I also instruct group exercise. My dog Minni likes to take me running to keep me fit. At home you'll find me trying to keep the fridge full, or at the washing machine, washing for 3 teenage boys - what a challenge!

Hi, I'm Ali. I've been with YTPT since May 2003, before which I had a long and interesting nursing career. I have special interest in rehabilitation and women's health issues, and love seeing people get back into fitness after time away. When I'm not at work I can be found with my family - 2 children, husband and cat. I love to travel, snow ski, read, walk and listen to music.

Hi there! I'm Alicia. I have been with YTPT since November 2004. You'll find I'm motivating, encouraging, sometimes demanding, but mostly lots of fun. My time outside the studio is spent reading, socialising and improving my own fitness. As a Triathlete, I am able to drive you into becoming the best you can be. Remember, if you want do do something, you'll find a way. If you don't you'll find an excuse!

Hi my name is Aaron, I have a wide variety of clients I train at YTPT, from 14 years to 73 years young! In my spare time I love to surf, snorkel and relax on the beach. I play American Football and am looking forward to my wedding in April next year.

Hi I’m Gill and have been training at YTPT for 5 years and have since completed my personal training studies and joined the team at YTPT. As a registered nurse and a personal trainer I can offer my clients a program that addresses both health and fitness goals. I love spending time with my husband and two teenage children. I love to keep fit by attending group exercise classes and of course training with my personal trainer!

Hi I’m Crystal. My years as a dance studio owner and trained ballerina have given me a sharp eye for technique. This skill allows me to help others find that mind muscle correction when it comes to training. I believe in a balance of discipline and form when it comes to health and fitness. As a lover of leisure, I can often be found with my husband and dog on an outdoor adventure somewhere.
