For many people their motivation to do a workout gets side swiped if they are going to miss their favourite show ... so instead of missing out on the workout, why not do it in front of the telly!

See how long you can hold a hover for terrific abs, how many push ups and chair dips you can do for amazing arms, and how long you can hold an isometric squat for sexy legs and bottom!

Not only will you keep up-to-date with what's on the box, but you'll fit in that workout as well!

Be Passionate About Your Food!

Whatever you eat, savour the taste, relish the flavour, enjoy the experience!

Remember, it's not what you eat, it's how and how much.

Learn to dine, instead of just eating. Dining means you are aware of what you're eating, why you're eating and how you're eating.

Healthy eating is about moderation. Never binge or become fanatical about your food.

Remember that YOU are in control of your taste buds!
