To ensure that our personal training system runs smoothly for all of our clients, we have included the following:

SAME DAY CANCELLATION POLICY

If we are unable to supply you with a trainer for your personal training session, without 24 hours notice, your next session will be free.

If you are unable to give us notice before the day of your training session, your missed session will automatically be marked off your card or the normal session cost will apply.
