YOUR TIME PERSONAL TRAINING:
Your Time Personal Training (YTPT) studio is located at Ashgrove in Brisbane.
We are really looking forward to helping you achieve your goals. The following information will help your personal training program to run successfully for everyone.
Parking:
Parking is available underneath Highpoint Plaza on Waterworks Road, Ashgrove. Remember to take every opportunity to move - park away and walk a little further, take the stairs instead of the lift!
Fuel to Exercise:
Because the nature of our training program generally works you to your full
potential, it is highly recommended that you eat a small, high carbohydrate
meal (bread, pasta, rice or fruit) at least one hour before you train. Please
keep your fluid levels up (2-3 litres daily), and a positive attitude is always
an advantage to any training session.
Towel & Drink:
We will provide you with a towel and water while you train. However, please feel free to bring your own if you prefer.
Newsletter:
We have a special monthly newsletter which is full of motivational, stress management, health, exercise and nutritional information. It is sent out to your home once a month or you might like subscribe here to receive it via email. We hope you enjoy it.
Gift Vouchers:
Give the Gift of Health and Fitness. Our special gift vouchers may be purchased for you to give to your family and friends. Just call the studio or talk to our team about booking a session for your family member or a friend.
Payment is Easy:
We have several easy payment plans and affordable packages. We recommend using PaySmart which automatically debits your credit card or bank account for your convenience fortnightly on a Friday. If you choose to pay from week to week, please organise payment with us at the beginning of the session.
What to do if you can't make it for your regular session:
We completely understand there will be times when you can't make it. If we are unable to give you 24 hours notice if we can't make it, we will automatically include your next session as a special gift. We would really appreciate a call from you before the day of your session - this way we can re-book your session time. If we don't receive notice the day before, we will request that you pay for your session in full. Thank you so much for your consideration of all of our clients.
Arriving Late:
Please make every effort to arrive on time. Unfortunately, if you are late, the session must still finish on time in consideration of other clients who are booked after you.
